Chicken fillet Italian style
This is a wonderful recipe I found for a long time in the Internet, don't remember where exactly, but very sorry - I would like to thank the author. The recipe has settled in my menu is not accidental: first easy, second meal, third, quickly, and finally a very nice, straight wand. By the way, it is very suitable for diet!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    3 piece

  • Sauce

    200 ml

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Basil

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

Begin as always with the products. To prepare diet version, you need to take low-fat cheese, my Mozzarella light. I certainly understand that it is not everywhere you can buy, well, or not everywhere, it is cheap so you can replace any other (low-calorie) cheese. Fillet all clear - everything is very even dieting. Tomatoes, Basil, tomato sauce, same thing. Well, the crackers have a little bit of a different Opera, so slimming you can cook without them :)

So ... Fillet wash, dry paper towel, season with salt and pepper, roll in breadcrumbs (don't overdo it!) and send in the oven for 20 minutes at 200C. Immediately say, that I cooked in the mini oven, so I recommend to adjust your technique.

After 20 minutes, get ready the fillets from the oven. By breading all the juice stays inside, so a fillet turns out very tender. The breading, by the way, should not be rosy, except a little around the edges.

On the finished fillet spread tomato sauce. This sauce can be done at home. It is very important that it was thick, otherwise it will flow. I have 3 pieces left about 200 ml. of sauce, you can of course use more or less.

Then sprinkle with chopped Basil...

... put grated on a coarse grater mozzarella.

... tomatoes, cut into thin slices.

Place into the oven for 5-10 minutes. I always wait when the cheese is melted and tomatoes are dried slightly. In the photo you can notice that stands out a little juice from the cheese and tomatoes.

Well, that's all! I served with steamed vegetables (also tasty with pasta). The meat turns out very juicy inside and outside with sauce. Do not say anything about cheese: I love mozzarella, and combined with the tomato sauce it is simply divine! In short, it turns out insanely delicious lunch or dinner (depending on the chosen ingredients) can be dietary!
