Cottage cheese pancakes
There are plenty of recipes for pancakes, ways of their presentation and preparation. Offer to make pancakes on the basis of the curds, which are very tender and tasty. These pancakes will please both adults and children. Pancakes are great for Breakfast or snack. Serve with jam, marmalade, honey and even melted chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Curd

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

In the cheese mass to pour in kefir, add baking powder.

To eggs add pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, sugar and beat well. The egg mixture to pour in the curd mass and mix well with a spoon.

Flour to enter in the cottage cheese and egg mass parts, stirring well to avoid lumps. Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
