Moldavian layer pie with cheese and garlic
Vertuta— roll of exhaust test, common in Moldavian cuisine. To prepare vertuty used the same dough as for traditional pies, but with the addition of eggs and with more sunflower oil, than water. Offer you a flavorful option with cheese and garlic!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

    125 ml

  • Vegetable oil

In the sifted flour egg, stir with a spoon.

Add water and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly.
