Biscuit pancakes
Very tender, thick and very airy pancakes. Great replacement sponge cake baked in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cinnamon

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Water, carbonated

    70 ml

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

4 egg yolks combine the sugar and cinnamon. Beat.

Add milk and sparkling water and whisk.

Then add the sifted flour and mix well.

Beat the whites with the salt in a solid foam. Whites add gradually, carefully and slowly stirring with a whisk until smooth.

Fry immediately on a heated greased with vegetable oil pan.

The first pancakes are obtained with holes.

Turn out very tasty pancakes. If they use the cream and fold into the cake it would make a great replacement sponge cake.

I just oiled our favorite custard and rolled into tubes.

But you can cut into pieces. Here you see that the pancakes are thick, but soft... and You help yourself! Enjoy your drink!
