One of the options for harvesting pumpkins. Very tasty add to ground meat for meatballs, dumplings and samosas. Can be used as a side dish. Recommend!

  • Pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.3 piece

  • Garlic

    100 g

  • Parsley

    2 coup

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Salt

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Vinegar

    150 ml

Cut the pumpkin, free from seeds, peel

Seeded peppers cut into small dice. Garlic pills

Boil water with salt, sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, add the pumpkin, parsley, garlic, three kinds of pepper and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes
