Salad of the liver in Korean
This recipe I suggested to my friend the Korean. We used to buy this delicious salad. But for the past three years I cook it myself.

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    700 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar essence

    2 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

Cooking

Onions to clear, cut half rings. Cool boiled water to dilute the vinegar to taste and pour this sour water onion. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

The liver is cut into thin layers of medium size. Soak in water for half an hour. For the water to drain.

In hot oil fry the liver on both sides. Approximately fifteen minutes on each side. Liver remove from the oil and cool.

The cooled liver folded in a plastic bag, season with salt and pepper, add the paprika and coriander. Pour all the marinade with the onions.

Package tie and shake well several times. To evenly distributed spices and salt. Leave it for an hour.

After a time drain the marinade and mix the liver with onions. To adjust for salt.

And the final touch: pour sesame oil. It gives the salad a spicy touch. Now you can bring to the table. Bon appetit!
