Description

Belarusian thick pancake
Very tasty, airy, soft, fragrant pancake. Something between very airy pie and oladushki. Serve with piping hot). Delicious to eat dipped in sour cream. For the recipe thank Elya Tikhonov.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 tsp

  • Serum

    25 ml

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Mac

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Take 2 large eggs.

Whisk.

Add the sour cream. Mix well.

Add salt, sugar and whey (you can substitute low-fat milk). Mix well.

Repaid lemon juice soda add to batter. Sift the flour, add the dough pieces, each time stirring to avoid lumps.

Pan greased with vegetable oil. Pour the batter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and poppy. Bake at 190 g for about 20 minutes, until Golden brown.

Ready pancake butter (0.5 tsp.) and put a large piece (1 tsp) in the middle. Break off a piece of pancake, dipped in the melting butter... and enjoy... YUMMY!!!
