Description

Croque-Monsieur
Croque-monsieur "A mourir de plaisir" (which translates to "die of pleasure") from the French pastry chef Philippe Conticini (Philippe Conticini). I want to say that they fully justify its name! On the one hand, beautiful, Golden, crisp themselves to toast on the other hand, tender, flavorful banana filling, whose sweetness is perfectly set off by the sea salt.

Cooking

step-0
From toast bread to cut the crust. Lubricate each slice on one side with melted butter.
step-1
Banana cut into slices.
step-2
Mix the sugar (original is brown, I have a regular), cinnamon and ginger.
step-3
Spread 2 toast sandwich maker or waffle iron with butter side down. In this recipe without these kitchen appliances is not enough, the heating needs to go on both sides. On toast place the bananas and pour condensed milk.
step-4
Sprinkle the spiced sugar mixture and sea salt. More 1 small pinch of salt 1 toast not put!
step-5
Cover with the second toast butter side up. Bake until Golden brown. Optional ready-made croque-Monsieur you can sprinkle more sea salt or drizzle of condensed milk.
