Salad with pita bread
Another salad recipe that I took from the Georgian restaurant. When the chef was the menu for the New year, he offered two salads, one of them - Georgian pomegranate I have posted previously. All of it was strewn, like the snow, crisp stripes. First thought it was the chips, and then found out thin pita bread. In General, interesting and unusual salad.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    10 piece

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken cut into strips, fry in butter.
