Cabbage lasagna diabetic
The name "lasagna" here - it's just an excuse to deceive their own programmed brain! This recipe is the healthy and great recommendation by the staff of the magazine "Gastronom" in the book "recipes of delicious dishes for diabetics". Type II diabetes - the disease of our century "rainerova constant food" and other pleasures. However, this option will be useful not only for those diagnosed, but also the young generation who wants to be healthy and live without problems...

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    900 g

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Rye flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    350 ml

  • Nutmeg

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cabbage boil or cook in microwave, until soft. Cut the stalk to separate the top leaves.

Inner (small) boiled the leaves and cut into small cubes.

Filling. Carrots, onions and garlic to clean, chop, fry in 1 tbsp vegetable/ olive oil for about 3 min.

To the sauteed vegetables add the beef (or other Lean) beef and cook over high heat, flexing the lumps of meat.

Add sweet mustard (optional: mustard softens beef/mutton mincemeat)

And then the pieces of cabbage, cook, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes.

Remove from the heat. Add half of the grated cheese and a few tablespoons of vegetable broth/water. Mix well.

The Bechamel. In a saucepan heat 2 tbsp olive oil (not to boiling!), add rye flour,

Assembly. Form for baking lay parchment (baking paper), place a layer of cabbage leaves, and top the meat filling,
