Cabbage boil or cook in microwave, until soft. Cut the stalk to separate the top leaves.

Again put the cabbage leaves, then the minced meat
The top layer should be cabbage leaves.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese (e.g. Parmesan). Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 15-20 min.
