Sorbet
The long-awaited season fruit has started and someone will start soon. Offer to cook this delicious and easiest to prepare sorbet. Berries you can use any, I have strawberries. The recipe is from the magazine "School of Gastronome".

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    600 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Kiwi

    1 piece

It's very simple. Rinse the strawberries (if frozen, completely thaw and dry), grind in a blender into a puree. You can wipe through a sieve.

Transfer to a container suitable for the freezer (the container must be with cover). Add sugar (I have brown) and lemon juice.

Beat with a mixer until almost full dissolution of sugar.

Add the yoghurt. In the original recipe, yogurt was natural, but I picked strawberry. I have 4 like Cup 150 grams

Mix ground with yogurt. Long beat there is no longer need.

Now cover with a lid, put in the freezer. After 2 hours, take out and beat with a mixer (just a minute). Then again, in the freezer. And so every 2 hours, times 3. For a long time, but the result is worth it. I started making sorbet yesterday morning and in the evening we ate.

That's all. If much frozen (freezer-we are all different), give a little melted on the bottom shelf of the fridge (I have on the top, as the freezer on the bottom). Serve, just lay on kremanka, and you can sprinkle sliced kiwi, for example, or nuts.
