Cooking
Sift flour, add salt, egg, vegetable oil and water.
Knead the dough. Remove the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
For the filling, chop the onion half-rings. I had a large onion, I cut into quarters.
Fry the onion until Golden brown in well heated pan. Add the sugar and stir. Onions become Golden glossy.
Add Kikkoman soy sauce and cook another 3-4 minutes.
Here is a beautiful and fragrant onions turned out.
Mince fry until soft, salt and pepper.
Thinly roll out the dough. You can stretch the hands, it is not torn.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs. I didn't have breadcrumbs, used a tempura. Arrange the onion.
The top layer of meat and cheese. Pull back from the edge to keep the stuffing from getting out.
Collapsible tight roll and put into the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Baked until Golden brown. Prepared in the evening and in the morning cut the cold and warmed up.
