Meat strudel with caramelized onion
Thin crispy batter, hearty meat filling and a spicy flavorful onions! Simple, fast and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Sift flour, add salt, egg, vegetable oil and water.

Knead the dough. Remove the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

For the filling, chop the onion half-rings. I had a large onion, I cut into quarters.

Fry the onion until Golden brown in well heated pan. Add the sugar and stir. Onions become Golden glossy.

Add Kikkoman soy sauce and cook another 3-4 minutes.

Here is a beautiful and fragrant onions turned out.

Mince fry until soft, salt and pepper.

Thinly roll out the dough. You can stretch the hands, it is not torn.

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs. I didn't have breadcrumbs, used a tempura. Arrange the onion.
