Rustic Italian Apple pie
Inspired by the fact that found so many fans of Apple cakes, and I decided to share with you another simple and delicious recipe for Apple pie!!!

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Leavening agent

    4 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Apple

    4 piece

Cooking

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the sugar is dissolved and OSVETLENIE mass. 3 tbsp of sugar, leave for topping the pie.

Melt the butter. Pour half (!) oil into the egg mixture, add milk and stir.

Add a pinch of salt, sifted flour and baking powder. Mix.

The batter should be homogeneous, without lumps. Pour the batter into the baking dish (I have 22 cm in diameter), covered with baking paper.

Apples peel, remove core, cut into quarters and then into slices.

In the dough, lay the Apple slices vertically, slightly utaplivaja them in the test. In random order, but the more apples you get in the cake, the tastier!!!

Cover pie with remaining butter (25g).

Sprinkle the remaining sugar (3 tbsp). Put in a preheated 180°C oven for 30-35 minutes. Follow the readiness of the pie in the oven.
