Pancakes with cheese and green onions
Very delicious and very simple version of amazingly tender and flavorful fritters. Level: Harbor mouth.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Soda

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggs, sour cream, salt and sugar, beat. Add the yogurt, oil and baking soda and whisk.

Add the flour and again whisk. It may seem that the dough is watery in the classic sense "on pancakes", but I advise you not to be afraid and the flour no more to add. Pancakes may not be high, but will be very tender and literally "melt in your mouth". Onions finely cut, cheese to grate on a grater, add to the dough with a spatula and gently and carefully stir.

A heated pan greased with vegetable oil and fry pancakes on both sides on medium heat with the lid closed.
