Custard pancakes with sour cream
This wonderful recipe shared with me by our beloved cook - Lyubasha lubashka55! It's her signature pancakes, but in my humble performance. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Water

    600 ml

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

Cooking

Sour cream and eggs should be at room temperature. In a large bowl measure out the right amount of sour cream.

Add soda (not slaked), stir well.

Wait for the bubbles.

One beat eggs. Stir well with a whisk.

Add salt.

Sugar. Optionally, you can add the vanilla sugar.

Sift flour.

And spoon knead the dough.

Gradually, in small portions pour the water into the dough. I try to pour it off a spoon. Immediately stir well.
