The name of this cake - "the Cloud" (NUVOLINA) - is fully consistent with its airy structure, and in my opinion, and even the ease of making it! ))) The result I liked it so much that, having prepared it once, bake often enough! Perfect for children's tea or family Breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    220 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Potato starch

    100 g

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    120 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Salt

    2 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

Everything is not easy, but very simple! Therefore, immediately turn on the oven to heat up 180 degrees. Prepare a muffin tin with a tube in the center, well greased with butter and sprinkle with flour.

For the dough, use a blender. Although it is possible and manually, with a whisk! So, in the bowl of a blender beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt and sugar. To turn on the blender and blend everything for 1 minute.

Continuing to whisk, pour water and vegetable oil (I prefer to use peanut oil, but you can take and corn).

Then sift the flour, potato starch, baking powder and vanilla. Add the lemon zest.

Again turn on the blender and all beat up.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. In any case, to test the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer.

The finished cake remove from oven and allow to stand 10 minutes. Then put the cake on a wire rack and let it completely cool down. I think that this cupcake can easily pour your glaze, but you can just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
