Compote of plum wine
Good idea for harvesting plums. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Dry red wine

    250 ml

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Drain

    1 kg

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Strong ripe plums thoroughly washed, stalks and seeds, cut in half. Put in sterile jars.

Wine, water, sugar, spices, boil, drain.

Hot syrup pour plums. Banks close sterile lids and sterilize 5 minutes.

Banks take out, roll up, wrap in a blanket and stand until cool.

Compote, a concentrated and sweet, so I then dilute with water. And plum compote can be submitted separately. Very tasty to add to ice cream.
