Very nice pie-casserole - a simple, low-calorie and diet. Without a gram of flour! The crust - brown rice, juicy stuffing - feta, zucchini and lots of greenery. A special, spicy flavor to the dish give mint and tomatoes.

Boil the rice until ready in salted water. I took brown rice, but goes with any other, even yesterday's leftover vegetables (And what to do? Do not throw it))). The rice cool slightly and add grated cheese and 1 egg. If necessary - salt. Mix well. Turn the oven on 220 degrees.
