Description

Student fast food
My oldest is already 22. Great time: the students, lack of time, a fascinating life! But I imagine that I sometimes feel when bursts into the apartment 4 -6 -8 persons of hungry students, which, moreover, need somewhere to run (lecture, leaving for samples (they're environmentalists), etc.). To make all the potatoes? But I now have no oven and even pans of this size! Hot sandwiches or pasta? Yes, it's way out. But our budget is now filled only with the salary of her husband, and we have 5 people. Therefore, reserves of sausage, cheese and other similar products we do not keep. And guys in a hurry, for long cooking no time. And then I make a rich "student sandwich", the tea is brewed, take out from fridge homemade pickles and jam. It turns out that to feed a few people with minimum cost is possible.

Cooking

step-0
That's what we are going to prepare the sandwiches - this set of products have any, even if the Finance comes to an end.
step-1
Onions, potatoes, carrots wash, peel and grate on a fine grater. Add the egg, salt and pepper to taste. Spices can take any, required for these sandwiches, I think only nutmeg - potatoes with it taste better. And choose: estragon, rosemary, ginger, paprika.
step-2
Baton cut into slices and coat one side of bread in the mixture. Allow to stand for a few minutes until the oil warmed up.
step-3
Put on a pan of stuffing down and fry the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat so the mixture has time to grilled, but not burnt.
step-4
Left to set the table, make tea, get homemade pickles. Mix the crushed garlic with the mayonnaise or sour cream, would make a great sauce. Remove the ketchup if you have one, finely chop the herbs and sprinkle sandwiches.
