Cooking
The cleaned and cooled hard boiled eggs.
Break raw egg and stir with crushed pepper, salt and nutmeg to taste. In the received weight dipping the eggs.
And finally, dip them again in mashed potato.
On a heated frying pan (with a generous amount of vegetable oil) boneless evenly fry the eggs until Golden brown. Even better use the fryer. Watch carefully: fry very quickly!
Put the finished eggs on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
