Recipe Moto vegetarian sandwiches. Despite the fact that there's no meat, the dish turns out very hearty and delicious! Many people, after trying burgers for the first time, decide they with a Patty made of chicken meat, and are surprised to find out that the dish is vegetarian!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cheese

  • Tomato

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

  • Greens

  • Baton

  • Spices

Oat flakes pour boiling water.

Onion cut into small cubes. Little trick: if you got very "angry" onions, you can put next to a lit candle, and onions will not make you shed tears.

Carrots - small cubes.

Cheese - small cubes.

Tomatoes slices.

Onions fry in any vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Add carrots, continue to cook over medium heat for another 3-4 minutes.

Give just a couple of minutes to cool the mixture of onions and carrots, spread in a deep bowl, add the oatmeal (after draining water), eggs, cheese, diced, salt, spices and flour, about 0.5 cups. If a little watery, add more flour.

The batter should be thick, but in moderation.

From the resulting dough formed a spoon on a preheated frying pan flat patties the size of a slice of bread. Fry on both sides until Golden brown.

Spread loaf with melted cheese. You can use hamburger buns, and any other bakery products of your choice.

Put on top of cooked hamburger. The meatballs can be prepared in advance, leave in the fridge and then just reheat in the microwave.

Then a slice of tomato and greens. The herbs can be coarsely chop or just pinch off some leaves and put on a sandwich. Bon appetit!!!
