Tomato paste out of the oven
Tired of ketchup and sauces as a dressing for borscht, which give your taste! Decided to make tomato paste without any additives "only tomato", and not a few important criteria quickly!!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 kg

  • Salt

    4 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    0.5 cup

1. Wash and chop the tomatoes coarsely to your liking and put it all in a pot

2. Put the pan on fire adding nothing and cook for 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft!

3. Skip all the tomatoes through a sieve!

4. Received tomato mass, add salt and oil. Stir everything to dissolve the salt. Pour into baking sheet with high sides! I got two deep baking tray! And put in the oven at maximum temperature! I have the oven on 275 degrees and time approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes! Stir from time to time!

5. Pour the tomato paste jars (to where convenient) and put in the cold! In the refrigerator, and can be in the basement and the freezer in plastic containers! If you plan to save the whole winter, I recommend the top to pour into each jar a little oil to close the top of the tomato paste, then it won't form a crust on top!
