Blanche-burgers
I'll tell you honestly - nobody guessed! The recipe was spontaneous, because the beans were cooked for other meals. Had to include fantasy, but the result pleased!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    180 g

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Coriander

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    25 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Soak the beans in cold will for 3-4 hours. To drain the water. Fill again with water, bring to boil and diminished the fire, cook until tender.

Fold the finished beans in a colander (save the broth for the first dish).

Combine pureed onion and garlic, beans, egg, 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs, bacon, coriander, pepper and salt (consider the saltiness of the bacon!)

Knead the minced meat and leave it at room temperature. If you find that the stuffing is watery, add some more breadcrumbs.

Wet hands formed into small patties.

Well breaded them in breadcrumbs.

Fry in well heated oil on both sides until Golden brown.

Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh vegetables or pickles.
