Sponge roll with strawberries
This is my favorite bread recipe. Bake it all summer with different berries and fruits. Now began the season of strawberries, and for me - summer! The cream is very simple, but at the same time very tender and flavorful! Try it, it's very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Strawberry

    100 g

  • The food dye

In a saucepan boil water, put the container on top of where we are going to do the dough, allow to warm up. Remove from the heat. And start doing the dough right. Whisk the eggs, gradually adding sugar. You need to stir them for about 10 mins, could be longer, it all depends on the freshness of the eggs.

Meanwhile, whisk the cream into a foam, gradually adding powdered sugar. Whisk until stable peaks. Strawberries wash, cut, add to the whipped cream. Stir.

Deploy the cooled roll. Evenly distribute the cream, not reaching the edges of 2-3 cm.

Collapsible roll. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Refrigerate at least 1-2 hours!
