Biscuits Florentine
One of the ways (probably the easiest) biscuits Florentines. Crunchy, chocolate, with nuts and dried fruit - very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Corn flakes

    2 cup

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Candied

    2 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    0.66 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

Cooking

step-0
Preheat the oven to 170 gr. A baking sheet (or 2 baking trays, if you want the cookies a bit smaller) vystelit baking paper. Combine the sultanas, cornflakes, almonds (I cut it lengthwise in half), dried apricots (or cherries), candied fruit and condensed milk.
step-1
Spoon on a baking sheet at some distance from each other. My baking sheet fit 20 pieces. I ran out of baking paper and I made cookies on the foil. We strongly recommend to repeat from the foil then it is VERY difficult to tear off )))
step-2
Bake for 10 minutes until light Golden color. Allow to cool completely.
step-3
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave (30 seconds at MAX, then stir and repeat, if necessary). Cookies flip over and brush the bottom part with chocolate. Let freeze.
step-4
Bon appetit!
