Chicken with mushrooms, baked potato and cheese coat. A delicious and hearty dish for the whole family. Prepares quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Black pepper

    1 g

Cooking

Potatoes wash, put in cold water and cook after boiling 6 minutes. Allow to cool and peel.

Chicken wash, dry and cut into little pieces. In a pan heat oil and fry the chicken pieces until Golden color, transfer to a plate.

Clean the mushrooms and slice them, peel the onion and cut into cubes. On the oil fry the onion, add the mushrooms and fry until evaporation of the liquid.
