Description

Roll out dough
A delicious roll made from tender dough (no eggs) with a slight hint of orange and cinnamon toppings! The filling can be changed according to Your taste! This recipe was posted in 2009 by user Elena 95 called "cottage Cheese loaf" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring& amp;quot;.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

step-0
Mix cottage cheese with soft butter (I put the oil for a few seconds in the microwave). Optionally, you can add orange zest, the taste is very unusual! Stir until smooth.
step-1
Mix the flour, salt, soda, sugar. To add to to the curd mass.
step-2
Knead the dough. On my photo you can see that the dough stick. This is due to the fact that the cheese was very wet. I added more flour, but didn't want to put MUCH more flour to the dough to athelete. If you have drier the cheese, the dough should be less soft. For consistency, it should easily be rolled into a ball. (If the dough is too dry, add a couple tablespoons of yogurt). As you can see, it all depends on your cheese. So see for yourself how much flour you will need. Put the dough aside for 40 minutes in the refrigerator.
step-3
The dough is divided into 2-3 parts. Each piece of dough to roll out on the table, sprinkled with flour. I have the dough stick much to the table, so I roll on the baking paper. For the filling, I chose the sugar + cinnamon. The author writes that you can use apples, jam.
step-4
Rolled into a roll. Do the same with the other pieces of dough. In the end it will be 2-3 small rolls.
step-5
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees until Golden brown about 20 minutes. The aroma is indescribable!
step-6
Roll cooling. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar! Bon appetit!!!
