Pickled salad in a bag
Snack - a salad that does not require additional sauces and dressings. Cucumbers, zucchini, herbs and garlic - a little salt, and in the evening or next day snack is ready!!! Help yourself!!! Thus it is possible to cook salted cucumbers, squash, zucchini and even tomatoes!!! All delicious!!! Time-tested!!!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

  • Dill

    1 coup

Here is our simple set of products...

To peel zucchini with a vegetable peeler. Slice as in the photo. Folded into a tight package. I have a package of spare parts. You can take a few normal packages.

Also peel a cucumber if the peel is thick, and slice. Folded in the package.

Fairly finely chop the dill. I like this dish with dill, but you can take any fresh herbs to taste. Folded in the package.

Peel and chop the garlic. Send in the package.

To add a little salt and shake the packet. So all is well mixed. This time I used pink salt is a lot saltier, so keep in mind the saltiness of Your salt. Tightly close the package and send it in the fridge for a day.

During the day, the cucumbers and zucchini will give a lot of juice, and the package forms a brine. I usually use a brine with herbs and garlic twice, i.e. removed from the package of salted cucumbers and zucchini and lay fresh.

Can be put in brine cherry tomatoes. Pre-cut them in half.
