  • Minced chicken

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Crackers

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

Chicken liver wash, dry, cut the white veins and cut.

Put in blender, add to the peeled and sliced onion, and pushing until a homogeneous mass. Mix with minced chicken. Add finely crushed crackers, chopped garlic, salt, pepper to taste.
