Impregnation for cake cinnamon
Fragrant impregnation-syrup cake with a delicate note of cinnamon. If you want you can add to the inflorescence cinnamon 1 clove, or vanilla, or just cook the sugar impregnation without spices.

Ingredients

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Pour water into a saucepan put the sugar and cinnamon. Put the saucepan on the fire.

Cooking spray until the water volume is reduced by half. Spray cooling to room temperature. Add brandy.
