Dried apricots cut into strips.
In a saucepan pour in the orange juice, add apricots, bring to boil and remove. Cover with a lid for 15 minutes.
Add some dried cranberries, honey, ginger and stir. Cool completely and add fresh orange juice to the consistency that you like.
In warm water dissolve the sugar and yeast.
In another vessel pour milk, add the sifted flour and stir, to enter the yolks, mix well. Pour the yeast mass and mix well.
Proteins with salt to whisk, and add to the batter, gently stir. Put into the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Take the dough for pancakes. If you want plump and curvy, it's your dough.
If you want to thin, add warm water and stir - the dough should drain out.
