Pressed pig ears
A terrific appetizer for lovers of crunch!

Ingredients

  • Roots

    1 Tbsp

  • Pork

    4 piece

  • Allspice

    4 piece

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Skin pork

    4 piece

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

Pig ears and the skin is carefully washed and boiled with dry spices, allspice and Bay leaf.

The plastic form of cover with cling film and put pork skin.

Then layers of decomposed pig ears.

Each layer liberally with the marinade of soy sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman", chopped garlic, balsamic, capers and a mixture of peppers.

Cover with the slices of pork skins, wrap in foil. On top put the load and to clean for several hours in the refrigerator.
