Recipe step-by-step :-D Quail eggs cover with cold water, bring to boil, cook for 3 minutes, cool in cold water.
Eggs clean. :-X This is my favorite step. Quail eggs seem like a toy.
Smoked fish cut into slices. Each egg wrap with a slice of fish. Put a sprig of dill or a bit of red caviar. Or eggs cut in half and lay strips of fish. Apply a tiny appetizer to the table.
