Sorbet of grapes
To say that it is delicious - not to say anything... It's the food of the gods! Flavored dessert is incredibly refreshing.

Ingredients

  • Grapes

    1 kg

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • The wine dry rosé

    90 ml

Place the grapes and water in a saucepan.

Cover and cook, stirring from time to time, until the grapes are soft.

Remove from heat and run through the juicer, if available, or strain through a sieve. To get more juice, the cake can also squeeze through cheesecloth. On average, we should obtain 750 ml of juice. If you don't want to mess with the grapes, you can use the same amount of finished juice.

Add the sugar and wine, if using, and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

If you make sorbet in the freezer, then pre-chill it in the refrigerator, and then follow the manufacturer's instructions of ice cream maker. If not, place the sorbet in the freezer for 4-6 hours. Every half hour take out and stir it to form large crystals. It is very easy to do immersion blender.
