A quick hodgepodge
Always when in my head the question arises: "What to cook?", I remember this soup. Probably, it differs from the original soup, but delicious and always helps me.

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Sausage

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

Prepare all the products.
Put the broth on the stove, and at this time peel potatoes, carrots and onions.
Once the broth is boiling, diminish the fire, cut the potatoes into strips and place into the saucepan. Try all of the products to be cut in that style, which began to cut. For example, I cut strips. If you prefer to cut cube cut cube.
So, cut into strips sausage, pickles. Carrots three on a grater. Onions finely chop.
Put the pan on the stove. Pour oil for frying. Salt the broth to taste. In a pan put onion+carrot. Some carrots, about 1 tablespoon, put in the broth. I have frozen carrots.
Once the onions begin to acquire a Golden color, add to the pan sausage. Once browned sausage, add the cucumbers. A bit (3 min) fry all together, add the tomato, fry a minute, pour all half Cup of broth from the saucepan and, stirring, bring to a boil.
The contents of the pan are sent in a pot. Interfere. The soup will let him sweat for about 10 min. set aside. Throw in the dill. The soup is ready. Served with sour cream. BON APPETIT!!!
