Description
Soaked in tomato rice - great side dish. Can be used as a separate meal (which I do).

Cooking
Boil the rice in salted water until tender.
Finely chop the onion and fry together skip through the press garlic. Add the tomato paste, cover with a lid and stew for 5-7 minutes.
Tomatoes cut into slices. If you have the desire and time, before cutting, you can remove them with sandpaper. (Before this operation you need the tomatoes pour over boiling water, then immediately rinse with cold water).
Add the tomatoes to the onions and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Then, add to the pan the rice, stir, salt, pepper to taste and simmer for another 7-10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro. Bon appetit!
Спасибо за рецепт.Было вкусно.Единственное,что можно изменить,для любителей острого добавить чеснок,а те кто не любит острые блюда,не добавлять чеснок в зажарку
