Marmalade of red currants
I suggest you try to make a marmalade of red currants. When the harvest is many and the fruit compote and jelly of red currants already tired, then you will rescue such marmeladen. They are sour, very tasty with a bit of sugar sweet tea.

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    400 ml

  • Sugar

    300 g

Red currant (600g) squeeze the juice in any convenient way for You. I rubbed through the colander, and then rubbed through a sieve. Really tasty fresh currant juice.

Fresh currant juice pour into a saucepan, add the sugar and put to boil on medium heat until boiling of the liquid two times (~ 30-40min).

Then pour it into moulds and put into the refrigerator until fully cured at least 12 hours. I did the evening and morning time with the whole family enjoyed the taste.

When the jelly hardens completely, it is necessary to release from the molds.

Each marmeladen roll liberally in sugar.
