Mango ice cream
Want to impress all your guests? This is a great ice cream substitute of any cake and dessert! 15 minutes of preparation and 6 hours in the freezer! AND YOU, A MAGIC EVENING! And most importantly, no preservatives! And do not need any ice cream! A mango can be substituted with peaches or apricots, strawberries, raspberries!!!

Ingredients

  • Mango

    4 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon peel

    2 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    100 ml

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

Mango, I make this.

Peel and cut mango into pieces. Beat with a blender.

Whip the cream with sugar until resistant foam.

Mix the mango puree, lemon juice (zest), condensed milk and salt. Carefully to enter whipped cream and stir. Very nice work, this air-orange blend!

Place the ice cream in the freezer at least 6 hours. before use. Amazing flavor, so tender! I want you now to feed all the chefs! Because it's insanely delicious!
