Soup of sauerkraut
With this recipe I'm not the first. It would seem, what in this dish special. But really, it's very tasty food. My wife and I love them more than our native Ukrainian borsch.

Ingredients

  • Broth

  • Seasoning

  • Cabbage

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cook any meat broth. Download it to the cabbage and cook for 30-40 minutes until soft. If you want extra crispy, cook less.

Fry the carrot, onion and cabbage behind.

Separately boil the potatoes and when the cabbage is ready, connect with her.
