Beef liver-musketeer
Nostalgic recipe of my childhood. This dish was an amazing cook, my dad.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    700 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

This is the basic set of products.

Liver cut into serving pieces and soak in milk for 1 hour.

Peel the onion, chop and quickly fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil, the sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman". I really like this option, use soy sauce instead of salt adds to the dish a new, very attractive shades.

Put zazharku in a separate bowl along with finely chopped pickles.

The liver is slightly prisolit, roll in flour, fry in a pan for literally a minute on each side. Double-flip, pour cream or sour cream, allow to warm up for a few minutes, add the mushrooms and cucumbers, and heat for another minute. Additionally simmer the liver is not necessary, I like to let the cucumbers remain crisp.

You're done! At the request of the family loved the dish was served with mashed potatoes. It is very tasty! The liver in the preparation can be cut and thin slices as for beef Stroganoff, then it will be all covered with sauce.
