Description

Cabbage soup
Have you ever heard about Colcannon? This is an Irish dish that is traditionally served in the St. Patrick's day. There are many variants of this dish, but always it consists of potatoes, cabbage and butter. I decided to slightly modify the recipe and prepare the soup. What can I say? Turned out very tasty, tender, creamy... This soup perfectly warms in cold weather that now is the time.
