Vegetable oil
Cooking
Eggs peel and grind thoroughly with a fork
Add remaining ingredients, except the toasted bread and stir, taste and adjust to your liking.
Put into the refrigerator for an hour.
The toasted slices of bread fry on one side on a minimum amount of vegetable oil.
Put the salad on the toasted side of the toast and serve!
