A simple lemon loaf
Sponge rolls didn't cook ever. Was afraid of that. Decided to try to cook well, very simple. It turned out delicious! Sweet sponge cake with a tart layer. And how simple!

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

To prepare the dough, mix the condensed milk with eggs, flour and baking powder. Pour on a baking tray, previously greased and covered with baking paper.

Bake the cake at medium heat until dry sticks.

Hot roll the cake together with the baking paper, cover with a wet towel.

To prepare the filling, cut in a blender or through a meat grinder turning a lemon (with the skin). Add the sugar and mix well.

Cake to deploy, remove the baking paper, spread with filling and roll. The cooled roulade and sprinkle with powdered sugar and, if desired, zest. Forgot to add, I did it in the evening, till the morning left to soak. Ate morning tea, it is so good soaked.
