Salad
Who's sleeping in the box? The owner of the coming year :-) Salad with a similar structure I ate in the cafe. Only slightly changed, so that was satisfying. And "Packed" this juicy salad in a gift box from dough. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Semolina

    20 g

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Water

    320 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Mushrooms

  • Cucumber

  • Mayonnaise

  • Carrots

The dough recipe I rolled up some cook a long time ago. Who is to say since the recipe written in a notebook, and I then still was not a member of our family. Whoever this cook, I thank him :-) For gift boxes of flour sifted into a Cup, add to it the semolina and salt. Stir. Crumble the yeast on top. Pour in the warm water and vegetable oil. Distribute dough on bottom and sides of the form. I took a split. Proofing is 10 minutes And the dough has risen strongly during baking (we need the Cup), I covered it with foil on top (covered, not the form with the dough, namely dough bottom and sides). Bake at 180-200*C until ready.

You can treat yourself :-) Just to feel the taste of the salad, Korean carrots it is better to shift to the side and eating at the end. Painfully sharp got! :-)
