Quail eggs in sauce
Found this recipe in the net in games. Of course, by this I could not pass. As they say: the eyes are afraid, and hands do. Did (fortunately done very quickly, in about a day) and when I tried..... thought eat the sauce together with your hands. Eggs especially taste has not changed, but in combination with this sauce.... the bomb (for me).

Ingredients

  • Parsley

  • Sauce

  • Chili

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    250 ml

So, first boil and peel the quail eggs.

Chop the parsley and garlic (or blender,or finely chop).

Put all other ingredients in a bowl (tomato paste, vinegar, chili pepper, chili sauce, sugar, salt, contents of the blender), mix well, then add vegetable oil. Again mix well until more or less smooth. Here I tasted the sauce (and recommend to do it all). And, as for himself, added a little more sugar, next time put a little less salt. Everything else for me was just. If someone likes more spicy, then add more garlic, chili sauce or chili.
