Carrots in Korean
Since then, as Vogue Korean salads, I think, almost each family got their own recipe for cooking carrots in Korean. Want to offer your own version.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 cup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

For cooking carrots in Korean, I use a special grater that was purchased by case on the market. Grater, like a cheese grater - nothing fancy. And made it, in my opinion, artisanal and rubs a thin long strips. That's it!

So... grate the carrots. The longer the strips, the more interesting. Why the carrot in this case I always buy authenticity:

And pour 0.5 Cup (100g) sunflower oil refined deodorized. Thoroughly mix all and pour in the carrot

Take 6 cloves of garlic

Press out through the frog and mix with carrots. And also add fried onions earlier. Add salt to taste.
