Description

Cheese and berry cake
This cake I want to send to a competition "School time". I myself only a year ago graduated from high school and I remember her perfectly. We often had different evenings, open days to fairs and many other holidays... so we have to come up with on the sweet table all sorts of Goodies is easier and tastier that the classmates were green with envy! The recipe of such a cake I want to share with students and their parents!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Soda

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Berry

    5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    2 tsp

Cooking

step-0
1. First make the sponge cake: beat 4 eggs with 1.5 cups sugar, add 2 cups flour, soda slaked vinegar and cocoa. All knead well and pour in greased with butter detachable form. Bake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
step-1
2. At this time gelatin fill with warm water and let it swell for about half an hour. Then melt it over low heat, stirring constantly.
step-2
3. In cheese and pour 1 Cup of sugar and add sour cream or yogurt, RUB well by hand or with a blender. Pour 2/3 of the melted gelatin into the cheese and stir again.
step-3
4. Take any frozen berries (mine is red currant) and grind them roughly with the same number of CMV sugar. It is advisable to run them through a sieve to remove seeds. Pour remaining gelatin over here.
step-4
5. Our cottage cheese spread on top of cake directly into the form. Put the form and a bowl of berry puree in the refrigerator for 3-5 minutes, no more!
step-5
6. On top of the cheese thinly and slowly pour the berry puree. With a fork, pressing lightly, make marble patterns on the cake (which, by the way, very interesting). Then again put the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
step-6
7. Carefully removing the cake from the mold and serve! Bon appetit!!!
