Salad
I read that on new year's table should be at least one dish from the liver. Just know that this salad I will make. It turned out very tasty!

Ingredients

Yes, I almost forgot about the sauce: 3 egg yolks (we don't put in a salad!), 6 tablespoons olive oil, pomegranate juice and spices, and onions. All killed on the blender, I added more dill. Don't forget about salt!!! To fill it up before serving!
