My acquaintance with avocado occurred in the happy student days. I was curious, stupid and hungry, so when I saw it in the store, decided that it was some kind of delicious fruit. Finding a nearby Park bench, rubbed bought avocado with a handkerchief and bit it off along with the skin... Now I adult aunt, prepare avocado here are the salads, but sometimes you want to return that warm autumn day, the bench in Odessa Park and me eating unripe avocado along with the skin... the Recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2010 by the user ronit10 called "avocado Salad" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Avocado should take a very soft, ripe. Wash, cut, remove the pulp
Add chopped green onions, lemon juice
Pound in a mortar or by any other convenient devices, gradually adding vegetable (olive) oil. Salt them a bit.
The family can apply just. Don't forget the thinly sliced baguette.
