I since the childhood adore of Brunswick sausage. Always thought that she just can't be not tasty. As it turned out,... so I decided to put it on the salad. Turned out very juicy and tasty! But Tanya (tat70 )heartfelt greetings and thanks for the help once again!

Vinegar
0.5 Tbsp

Black pepper
Cooking
Sausage and cheese cut into strips. If lazy, you can RUB cheese on a coarse grater.
Add shredded cucumbers, chopped fresh herbs (I have parsley).
To make the sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, two kinds of mustard, vinegar and pepper.
Season the salad and let it stand for 15 minutes.
When serving, decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
